The most delicious salmon recipe!

2 servings

Ingredients:

2 filets of wild caught salmon

4 cloves of garlic minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp melted grass-fed butter

2 tbsp grass-fed butter

2 tbsp white wine

a few slices of lemon for garnish

salt and pepper to taste

fresh dill sprigs

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 F or 200 C.

  2. Place raw salmon on a baking sheet. Salt and pepper the raw salmon. Rub half of the minced garlic and half of the parsley on the salmon.

  3. Heat up 2 tbsp of butter on the stove until melted. Mix well with half of the lemon juice and pour over the salmon. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

  4. Heat in the oven for about 10 minutes for medium rare. All ovens are different- sometimes it takes 12 minutes depending on the cut of the salmon.

  5. While the salmon is baking, heat up the remaining 2 tbsp of butter on the stove. Add the remaining garlic. Once it is fragrant, add in the wine for a nice sauce.

  6. Pour sauce in a serving container and pour some on the salmon. Top with fresh dill, lemon wedges and parsley for garnish.

  7. Serve with roasted broccoli, carrots and asparagus.
