Paleo Rose Chocolate Truffles

What is better than a bouquet of roses? Rose flavored chocolate truffles (that are paleo)! Here is a nutritious recipe for grain and refined sugar free aphrodisiac truffles for you and your love!
Ingredients:
15 TBSP Cocoa Powder
2.5 TBSP Grass-fed Butter
5 TBSP Coconut Sugar
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 TSP Maple Syrup
2 TSP Rose water http://markethallfoods.com/rose-water
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt for sprinkling on top of truffles
Cacao nibs for sprinkling on top of truffles
Cinnamon for sprinkling on top (optional)
Things you will need:
-Mixing bowl
-Wooden Spoon
-Double boiler or a small pot for water and small pan on top for the chocolate
-Truffle mold tin - the "Mrs. Anderson's Baking Chocolate Mold, European-Grade Silicone, Hearts" from Amazon worked really well, is non stick and is not Teflon!
-Cutting board
-Freezer space flat surface
Instructions:
1) Combine Cocoa powder, melted butter coconut sugar in a bowl and stir until well blended
2) Add chocolate mix to the top of a double boiler, turn on heat so water boils 3) Keep stirring while water boils, and when it starts to melt/liquify, add vanilla extract, maple syrup and rose water together
4) After it is all blended and mix is liquified, pour into mold
5) Sprinkle some pink himalayan sea salt, cacao nibs and cinnamon on top of the truffles (they add a nice crunch and the salt always spices it up a bit)
6) Place mold on cutting board flat surface and place in freezer for 15-20 minutes
7) Let sit for a few minutes and truffles should pop out
